On the South Plains, we are known for being neighborly. Many of our neighbors are in need right now. Many of us suddenly find ourselves in need of neighborly care. The Response Fund will equip our frontline community organizations to address both current needs and the long-term needs of South Plains residents. Through the partnership between the Community Foundation of West Texas and Lubbock Area United Way, the Response Fund will be administered efficiently and transparently to make sure the most critical needs are being met.
